Rob Myers Joins Digital Workforce as Advisor to Agent Workforce Team

We are delighted to announce that Rob Myers has joined Digital Workforce as an Advisor to the Agent Workforce team, bringing with him over four decades of deep expertise from the Lloyd’s and London Specialty Insurance Market.

With an impressive career spanning senior leadership, operational performance, transformation, and market‑wide modernisation initiatives, Rob Myers most recently served as Operations Director at the Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) before transitioning into advisor / consultant role supporting LMA’s managing agent members and the wider insurer, broker, service provider and technology vendor communities. In his current position, he continues to engage closely with COO, CIO, CRO and CEO communities across the market, helping shape operating model transformation programmes and improving operational excellence.

In his new role with Digital Workforce, Rob will support our go‑to‑market activities within the London Specialty Insurance Market, helping position our Agent Workforce offering at a pivotal moment. The market’s increasing demand for compliance‑driven, scalable, and high‑impact AI‑enabled capabilities aligns strongly with Rob’s long-standing experience in well controlled, regulatory compliant insurance operations, and complex market-wide ecosystems.

Rob’s market insight, network and credibility bring immediate value to our work as we reinforce our messaging, expand our use‑case portfolio, and engage with senior stakeholders in the London Market and beyond.
